The BE9AU sign-in screen

Your account starts with two details.

BE9AU’s login screen uses a Mobile No / Username field and a Password field, followed by LOGIN. Use the details associated with your existing account.

Forgotten your password?

Use the recovery route.

The Forgot Password link on BE9 AU login screen opens a reset screen with a Mobile No field and a RESET PASSWORD button. Start with the number associated with your existing account.

  1. Choose Forgot Password

Open it from the login screen you have already checked. Keep the recovery process within that established route instead of following an unsolicited reset message.

  2. Enter the registered number

Check the digits and requested format, then select RESET PASSWORD. If the number is no longer yours or is not recognised, explain that to account support.

  3. Follow the instructions shown

Complete any number-confirmation, CAPTCHA or delivery-method prompt shown. Read the response before repeating the request. Once a password change is confirmed, update an old saved password before signing in again.

Delivery options and next steps depend on the current recovery flow; there is no published completion time. Follow the response shown and keep any recovery codes private. For a lost registered number, use account-detail and recovery guidance.

When login does not work

Start with what you see.

Choose the closest symptom. These checks help narrow down an access problem; an account-specific message still needs an account-specific answer.

Mobile and desktop

Same account. A different screen.

A device change and a password change are different tasks. Use the account you already have when moving between access options.

Mobile browser

Check the full address before signing in. If the keyboard changes capitals, adds spaces or replaces text, review the entry before selecting LOGIN.

If a page opened inside a messaging app is not working properly, use your established address in your normal browser.

Saved shortcut

A home-screen icon may open a saved web address. If the shortcut fails, check where it leads before entering credentials or installing anything new.

Opening a shortcut does not recover a password or change your registered mobile number. See the mobile access options.

Desktop browser

Check which account your password manager selected, especially on a shared computer. After a password reset, replace the old saved entry.

Sign out when finished on a shared device and avoid leaving account details saved in another person’s browser.

Before entering your details

Check the address you are using.

A familiar logo does not explain an unexpected address change. Take a moment to confirm the destination before submitting a password or recovery code.

  1. Read the full address

Check the hostname in the address bar, including spelling and any unexpected extra words. Read the address reached after a redirect, not just the text on the original link.

  2. Resolve an unexpected change

If your saved route leads somewhere unfamiliar, confirm the change through a contact route you have previously established. Do not use an unsolicited message as its own confirmation.

  3. Keep the recovery route consistent

Open Forgot Password from the checked login screen. If a message asks you to send a password or code to another person, stop and confirm the request through your established support route.

When you need account support

Make the first message useful.

A clear description helps separate an incorrect password from a device issue, a lost number or an account review.

For an unresolved case, state what still happens and refer to the previous reply. Ask for the specific action needed rather than sending repeated requests with different account details.

Login questions

A few things worth knowing.

Do I sign in with a mobile number or a username?

The BE9AU login field is labelled Mobile No / Username. Use the registered identifier associated with your account and the format requested on screen. Do not assume a newly acquired mobile number has replaced the original one.

Do I need to register again after forgetting my password?

No. Use Forgot Password for the existing account. If recovery does not recognise the number, ask support to resolve access to that account rather than registering a replacement.

Can I recover access without my registered mobile number?

The public reset screen starts with a mobile number. If you no longer control it, contact account support and explain the situation. Ask what account checks are needed; an alternative recovery method should not be assumed.

Why does my saved password fail after a reset?

Your browser or password manager may still hold the previous password. Once the change is confirmed, update that saved entry and check that it belongs to the correct account and address.

Does a successful login mean verification is complete?

No. Access to the account is separate from age, identity or payment verification. A later request can still affect account actions or a withdrawal. The verification guide explains the distinction.

What if I can sign in but a game will not open?

Record the provider, full game title, device and exact message. A title-loading problem is different from rejected login details, so describe which part still works. See game availability and access for the relevant checks.

What if no reset message arrives?

Recheck the registered number and the response shown after your request, including any delivery choice offered. Avoid repeatedly restarting the flow. Tell support when you requested the reset and whether you still control that number; never send a recovery code.
