Account essentials

Start with details that match.

The registration form

Five fields, explained.

Here is what each part of BE9AU’s registration form is for. Before entering personal information, confirm the address with the login destination checks.

Full name

Enter your own full name. The form specifically asks for it to match the bank-account name, so check spelling and name order before submitting. Avoid a nickname or another person’s payment details.

Required

Mobile number

Use a number you control and can receive SMS messages on. Check the format requested by the form and each digit before requesting a code. Retain access to this number for later account questions.

Required

Password

The displayed password field specifies 6–20 characters. Choose a unique password within the range shown on the current form and save it privately. Avoid reusing the password for your email, banking or another gaming account.

Required

Referrer code

This field is optional. If you have a BE9AU invitation code, enter that code as supplied; otherwise, leave it blank. A website link is different from a form code. Entering a code alone does not confirm eligibility for a promotion.

Optional

SMS verification code

Select GET CODE to request the SMS, then enter the received code in the Verification Code field. Keep it private and enter it only in the registration flow you started. SMS confirmation is separate from later identity or payment checks.

Required

How the signup flow works

When setup gets stuck

Find the next step.

Use the exact message on the form to identify the problem. Repeated attempts with different details can make it harder to resolve.

Beyond SMS confirmation

What account verification covers.

A working login confirms access to an account. BE9AU’s terms also allow age, identity and payment checks, which can arise later for account protection or a withdrawal.

Age and identity

A request may concern your age or whether the registered details belong to you. Read what needs to be confirmed and check that your account information is accurate before responding.

Payment ownership

A payment check can concern the relationship between you, your account and the payment method. A name mismatch needs clarification; do not assume a completed SMS check resolves it.

Withdrawal review

A withdrawal may depend on an account or payment check being completed. Ask which item is outstanding and whether the payment remains pending. See withdrawal verification for payout-specific questions.

Handle a request in three steps.

Keep a private record of the request and its reference. That gives you a clear starting point if you need to follow up or correct an earlier submission.

  1. Understand the request

Confirm the exact information needed, the reason for the check and the submission route through your account’s support channel. If anything is unclear, ask before sending documents.

  2. Confirm receipt

Submit only the requested items through the confirmed route. Ask whether they were received and whether anything is missing, rather than repeatedly sending the same material.

  3. Confirm the outcome

If a correction is needed, ask which detail caused the issue. When the check is complete, confirm whether any separate account or payment restriction remains.

Keep your details current

What changed in your account?

Name corrections, a new phone number and a payment change need different explanations. Give support enough context to identify the request without sharing login secrets.

Everyday account habits

Keep access in your hands.

Small habits make account management simpler, especially when you switch devices or need help with a login.

Taking a step back

A break or an account closure?

Tell support what outcome you need. BE9AU’s account guidance directs these questions to support, so confirm the available option and its conditions before assuming a restriction is active.

A temporary break

Ask whether a temporary account restriction is available, how long it lasts and what happens at the end. Confirm whether access resumes automatically or needs a further request.

Account closure

Request closure explicitly. Ask when it takes effect, how a remaining balance or pending withdrawal will be handled, and whether the account can later be reopened.

Restrictions on future access

If you want to prevent further gambling, state that clearly. Ask which exclusion or restriction options are available, their scope and duration, and how they are enforced.

Keep written confirmation of the option, effective date and any outstanding payment steps. Logging out or deleting a shortcut does not close an account.

Account questions

The details people ask about.

Can I register using only an email address?

The current BE9AU registration form uses a mobile number and SMS verification. It does not present an email-only signup option. Make sure you can receive messages on the number you enter.

Do I need a referrer code to register?

No. The referrer-code field is optional in the current form. Leave it blank if you do not have a BE9AU code. For an offer tied to a code, check the separate promotion eligibility conditions.

Does registering automatically activate a bonus?

Do not assume that completing registration activates an offer. Promotions have their own eligibility and qualifying conditions, which may depend on account status, verification or a deposit. Read the selected offer’s terms before relying on a displayed amount.

Does SMS verification mean my account is fully verified?

No. The SMS step confirms access to the registered number during signup. Age, identity or payment verification may still be requested later, including during a withdrawal review.

What should I send support about an account problem?

Describe the issue, account identifier, date and time, and exact error. For a payment question, include the method, amount and reference where relevant. Send only what is needed, hide unrelated information in screenshots and never share passwords, one-time codes or approval prompts.

What if I no longer have my registered mobile number?

Tell support that you have lost access to the registered number and whether you can still log in. Ask for the account-recovery and number-change process. Do not create another account as a workaround.

Can I use the same account on mobile and desktop?

Use your existing account details when accessing BE9AU on another device. A device change does not require a separate registration. For browser and mobile access questions, see the mobile access guide.
